Hank Braxton is clearly a man with way too much time and probably too much money on his hands. He's set up his own company, where apparently he does nearly every job, making fan films. Now don't get me wrong I aint knocking fan films [that Batman vs Predator one is awesome] but Freddy vs The Ghostbusters [and they made a sequel!]... well see for yourself.
